For Sales, Technical Support, Service and other General Enquiries
Magnettech GmbH was founded in 1991 by the members of the department of "Centre for Construction of Scientific Devices" of the Academy of Sciences Germany. It evolved into a complete provider of EPR technology, especially the bench top versions.
More than 300 ESR Spectrometers (MS 400) were installed in top technical universities and research institutes across the globe.
In January 2014 Magnettech GmbH became a part of Freiberg Instruments GmbH, a young and fast growing high tech company established in 2005 as a university spin off from TU Bergakademie - The University of Resources, Freiberg.
With a team of young and dynamic Engineers and Software programmers, Freiberg Instruments GmbH is an industry expert in providing solutions in the fields of advanced Metrology, Automation, and Software development. The main focus is on high level metrology solutions for Semiconductor Industry, Electron Spin Resonance Spectroscopy, Luminescence Spectroscopy, Dosimetry and Dating applications together with a variety of sophisticated special developments for leading research institutes and applications. Freiberg Instruments holds several awards for its state-of-the-art technology and innovations.
The new company structure concentrates on high competences in EPR technology.
The newly released bench top MS 5000 Electron Spin Resonance (ESR/EPR) Spectrometer with a frequency range 9.2 – 9.6 GHz is the first novel technological achievement by our vibrant team.
